Core London operates exclusively as an online eCommerce business and therefore does not maintain a public-facing physical retail location or customer collection point.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information where available.

  • Standard shipping fee: £6.00
  • Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days

Evri

  • Free shipping on orders over £50.00
  • Standard shipping fee: £7.00
  • Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days

Royal Mail

  • Free shipping on orders over £50.00
  • Standard shipping fee: £5.00
  • Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days

Delivery estimates begin after the order has been processed and dispatched.

Shipping availability may vary depending on customer location and courier service coverage.


3. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship throughout the United Kingdom and selected international destinations where available.

Shipping availability will be displayed during checkout.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all delivery information submitted at checkout is accurate and complete.

Core London is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.


4. Delivery Estimates & Delays

All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery delays may occur due to:

  • Courier disruptions
  • Customs processing
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Industrial action or strikes
  • High seasonal demand
  • Events beyond our reasonable control

Core London is not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers or circumstances outside our control.


5. Customs Duties, VAT & Import Charges

For international orders, additional customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or handling fees may apply depending on the destination country.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Customers are responsible for all import-related charges
  • Core London is not responsible for customs delays or additional import fees

We recommend checking local customs regulations before placing an international order.


6. Tracking Information

Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched, where tracking services are available.

Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking updates to appear within the courier’s system.


7. Lost, Missing, or Stolen Parcels

If your tracking information shows that your parcel has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

  1. Check around your delivery location
  2. Contact neighbors or household members
  3. Contact the courier directly

Core London is not responsible for parcels lost or stolen after confirmed delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.

However, we may assist customers in opening shipping investigations where appropriate.


8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details before completing checkout.

If incorrect shipping information is submitted:

  • We cannot guarantee address modifications after order placement
  • Additional shipping fees may apply for returned or reshipped parcels

Orders returned due to incorrect address details may be eligible only for partial refunds excluding shipping costs.


9. Failed Deliveries & Returned Packages

If a package is:

  • Refused by the recipient
  • Unclaimed
  • Undeliverable

and returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct:

  • Original shipping costs
  • Return shipping fees
  • Handling costs

from any applicable refund.


10. Split Shipments

Some orders may arrive in separate packages depending on:

  • Warehouse availability
  • Product availability
  • Supplier locations
  • Package size restrictions

Customers will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments unless otherwise stated during checkout.


11. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed for dispatch.

Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled and must follow our Return & Refund Policy.
